Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy
1. Service-Based Policy
Since TechFlux Solutions provides IT and digital services, refund and cancellation policies are based on the stage of project completion.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Clients can request a cancellation before project initiation for a full refund.
- Once the project has commenced, cancellations may be subject to partial refunds depending on work completed.
- No cancellations will be accepted once a project has reached 0% or more completion.
3. Refund Policy
- If a service is undelivered due to a fault on our end, a refund may be provided after a thorough review.
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of service delivery.
- Refunds will not be applicable for completed services or custom software solutions.
4. Processing Time
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10-15 business days.
